Return Policy

1. Returns

For personalize product, since each order is unique to customer and produced only once order. Return ond Exchage are not supported if you order the wrong size, color or simply change mind. see product guideline for the exact size. However in case of damage product you must notify within 10 business day of receiving order if any defects. Please Provide Clear photo showing the issue and send it to Meracki@betechky.com

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at hdino@betechky.com within 5 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, photo and details about the product you would like to return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
